My Business

Today I'm a regional operations manager at Kangaroo Rewards and Co-founder for the MENA region.

Kangaroo rewards is a loyalty and marketing platform for businesses with more than 3000 businesses.

My Degrees & Certificates

After graduating from College Notre Dame de Jamhour High school, I graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) having majored in Civil & Environmental Engineering and minored in Math and Engineering Management. 4 years later, I graduated from ESA (Ecole Superieure des Affaires) with an MBA along with a Master degree in Management from ESCP Paris.

In addition to my skills in Microsoft Excel, I was certified in Public speaking from UNDP, Effective communication skills from Devotail team building and Train the trainer from Beyond Training & Consulting.

My Experience

After my first internship in CCC in Athens and my second one in Dar al handasa, I worked as a site engineer in Sama Beirut project with MAN Enterprise. 2 years later I served as a general manager in one of the leading news website until I was appointed as a strategy adviser for the health minister and deputy prime minister of Lebanon.

My Hobbies and Social activities

Skiing, Tennis and Pool table are my hobbies. 

During high school I was a member of les Scoutes du Liban, Then president of AUB Social club when I was in college.

Currently I'm politically active in the Lebanese forces party as a member of the central council.

My Family and me

My name is Fares Najib TRAD, I was born in 1990 and I'm from Choueifat city in Aley district - Mount Lebanon. I'm Greek Orthodox and In addition to my Lebanese nationality I have the Argentinian one. 

My Mother is Myrna Ghaname from Douma, My father is Najib Trad - he passed away in 2008, my Sister is Kay Trad and my Fiance is Tara Layoun from Zahle.

Initially most of TRAD families are from Ashrafieh - Beirut. (TRAD Family tree is attached in the picture)
